This local hardware store is exemplary! It is laid out very well. Takes less time searching for what I need. The floor staff is very knowledgeable. What really has stood out to me, is the knowledge of the young staff. It shows me management, & older sales staff over the years,place a priority on passing their knowledge to the youth, allowing them to be better than many of their peers working for the competition. Keep up the great work!

These folks are HELPFUL and KIND and such a great place! The workers ALWAYS ask if they can help upon walking in the store. They have ALWAYS been knowledgeable and get whatev you need done, DONE!!! Their prices are VERY competitive and for the service incl, unbeatable. Their customer service ove the phone is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. They stood by their quote despite not understanding what I was looking for, which was MY fault. A throwback to old school values and service and a genuinely positive ASSET to the community!!!

I love Hupp hardware! They have the best prices & selection of items. I should have made the drive to Hupp versus spending so much at Ace Hardware! Highly recommend a visit. I found outdoor lighting fixtures quite cheap, as well as bulbs. Also door/window weatherstripping for half the price of Ace & Walmart! I've moved closer to their store so am in there at least twice a week. Check it out! Definitely 5 stars

Hupp Hardware is one of the greatest businesses in Wichita! The people that work there are always happy to help you find exactly what you need. I really love their selection of fastners like bolts, nuts and screws. The best service and very knowledgeable staff. I find lots of stuff here I can't find anywhere else. I really love their fasteners department, easy to get just about any fastener you might need. Their prices are very competitive as well.

Imagine for a moment your wife has asked you to remodel your bathroom. After what seems like a never ending run to the hardware store, a pipe bursts and your off again. In your misery you find a local hardware store conveniently located near you. You shuffle inside and are greeted with excellent customer service. In no time you find exactly what you need. Dreading the return home to the awful mess you have created you get in line. There, at the checkout, is a sign from above that life is good and everything will be ok. A delicious scrumptious little bag of Reese's Brownie Brittle. Invigorated you return to the job and all is well.

I like Hupp because of the prices, the organization, the friendly, knowledgeable staff, and the product selection. This is a locally owned location and thus for the products are those of a usual hardware store but also items that you won't find in other big chain stores. Chain stores have the same line of products and class of selections. The best thing about Hupp is that you can go there and find hardware and supplies that are somewhat unique or alternatives to the general options available elsewhere. I saw wall hangers here originally and did not purchase. As weeks went by I went to several hardware stores looking for such a product and None of them had one. Another time I had been buying a specific pretty purple spray paint only they carry and I basically bought all of them over a period of time and I spoke to the owner who is very active in his store and he said I don't have it now but I ll order it immediately he gave me a reasonable time frame, took my contact info and called me a day earlier than expected when it arrived going above and beyond. I want to give a special mention about his employees and how well they are trained about different products, the quick response to questions and the swift movement around the store when assisting. Like they have mental maps of everything and if they can't answer the question they teamwork it beautifully. Someone always offers to assist right away and when they do it is more then a verbal description of how to get to an isle in the store. Thanks for that because I e learned a lot from these people and the owner is a great example of how locally owned business should operate to succeed with longevity.
